We ship from Svarige.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests after this time will be denied. Your order may be returned for a full refund after it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 12 hours of placing an order and will be shipped the same or next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
It can take from 1-3 business days for orders to arrive.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
