SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

How subscriptions work:
Subscriptions automatically renew according to your chosen delivery interval.
The products are automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.
You will be automatically charged via your credit card.

How to skip or reschedule a charge:
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal.
Each scheduled delivery has a "Skip Payment" button.
You can schedule the charge by clicking "Change schedule".

How to pause or cancel a subscription:
You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal.
The only time you can't cancel is if you have a subscription with a commitment period.
You can access the customer portal via a link in your confirmation email or by creating an account in the store.

How to add products to your subscription:
You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal.
Click "Edit" in the product card and edit, remove or add products.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed:
If the payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email.
The email contains a link where you can update your payment method.

Termination conditions:
You cannot cancel a subscription during the first three months.
After three months, you can cancel at any time.
